Meridian Builders was founded in 2004 by two carpenters who were tired of watching schedules slip. We still measure ourselves the same way: did the calendar hold, and did the price hold.
Employees, not a
phone number
A lot of Denver contractors are a salesperson with a spreadsheet of subs. Meridian Builders carries fourteen employees: four crew leads, six carpenters, two project managers, a permit coordinator and an estimator. Electrical, plumbing and stone are licensed partners we have used for more than a decade.
That structure is why our schedules hold. When the crew works for us, we control who is on your job on Tuesday.
What we will not do
- Bid a project we cannot staff within the promised window.
- Quote a range and call it a price.
- Start demolition before drawings, selections and permits are complete.
- Take on cosmetic handyman work — we will refer you to someone better suited.
Insurance, licensing, paperwork
CO LIC #GC-04871. $2M general liability, full workers’ compensation, and certificates issued directly to you by our carrier before the first day on site. Lien waivers accompany every progress invoice.
